Somehow, Google My Business has been somewhat neglected despite the rise of Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Every entrepreneur out there knows how essential these two Marketing Strategies are, but very few of them would agree that Google My Business can be just as beneficial.

You don’t need us to explain to you just how important reviews are when it comes to buying and browsing Online. Google My Business will prominently ask for, and display, reviews of your organization. Casual browsers will be given a snapshot of how your Business has been rated via a simple out of 5 score. Those who want to go a bit further will be able to actually go in and see who has left you what score, and any other comments they have made.
Now, the key thing to remember here is this really has the ability to go either way. If you’re going to prominently display your review score (and you don’t have a choice if you set a Google My Business up) you want to make sure it’s something that paints you in a positive light. Don’t be terrified of what people might say, just be sure to find a way that works for you to ask delighted Customers to leave you a little something nice Online.
